Lacey was structurally one of
nicest girls around. She rates four stars for personality.
Lacey never enjoyed showing, but she never left the ring without a
ribbon. Unfortunately, she wouldn't give that little extra effort in
the winners round. This was the one and only win that she
accomplished. She was only entered in this show to help build the
points and wouldn't you know it, she won. Lacey did produce several
nice offspring. One of which is our foundation bitch Satin.
After producing a handful of very nice litters we retired the old
girl. She was a better mouser than any cat that I have ever seen.
She wandered the house looking for cookies and was nearly a full time pest
for getting and giving loves. She was 14 years old and
starting to go deaf.
Without question, she will always be in our hearts.
